For the Oct. 23 technology job alike, I will again be conducting the meeting via Google Hangout. I had technical issues at the last meeting on Oct. 16, but was able to troubleshoot and resolve the problems.

If you are attending, please follow the checklist below for the Oct. 23 meeting, as well as any future meetings.

  1. Register for the job alike via the PPS Learning Campus.
  2. Create a Google account.
  3. Complete your profile on Google Plus (Google Hangouts are done via Google Plus). If you can, add a picture to your profile so I know it’s you when I invite you to the hangout (helpful when there is more than one person with the same name).
  4. On the day of the meeting, watch your Google Plus stream for the invitation to join the hangout.

I’m excited to be doing these meetings via Hangout and appreciate your patience as you all learn along with me!
