From the IT Service Desk:

One of the difficult cuts made in last year’s budgeting cycle was the technology eWaste recycling program.  This program was an important service allowing schools to responsibly and conveniently recycle obsolete equipment.  Since that program was cut, IT and Facilities have worked together to come up with a free and responsible option in the area.  A local company, Green Century Electronics, has a free, convenient service we encourage schools/buildings to check out!

Please review the eWaste page http://www.pps.k12.or.us/departments/information-technology/2260.htm  for more information on types of equipment they take, how to submit a request for pick up and the recycling process.
